How do I change my password?
You can change you password by clicking on the account link at the top of the site.
Where can I view my campaigns performance?
Select a campaign from the left column of your dashboard. The first screen shows a high level view of how your campaign is performing.
How do I see all of the ads that are currently running?
Select a campaign from the left column of your dashboard and then click the reports tab on the right side. From there you can choose the Current Ads report.
How much should I spend on my budget?
Your budget depends on a number of factors. As a general rule we suggest allocating at least $500 per rooftop to your budgets per month. If you are in a particularly large metro area or have a high number of vehicles on your lot you may want to increase that budget.
Can I advertise outside of my metro area?
By default your account has a geographic region assigned to it based on your dealership location. This works for the majority of our clients but if you feel you have a unique situation please feel free to contact us and we will gladly adjust your geography.
Can you invoice my dealership directly?
Due to the nature of online advertising the budget must be prepaid via credit card. This is dictated by Google, Bing, and Yahoo and so unfortunately we cannot offer paper invoicing at this time.
